When the lights go out in the City there is still a glow in the air, a pulsing prismatic glimmer that washes over the skyscrapers and streets in a Wave of color. It’s a Paradise parade! Millions march forth displaying every Color of the rainbow, dancing in delight and laughing in luminescence. Join the movement with 15 shimmering skins of opalescent light!
